遇到一个很迷惑的codex软件bug 不知道大佬们有见过吗 我自己找不到问题想来问问

我用的是ccs+codex桌面版（chatgptwork）
起因是我没注意到中转站额度耗尽 报错

然后我就切中转站突然发现所有中转站都报错了（有额度）

然后我就自己找原因，我发现用其他软件没有影响，可以正常对话，然后新聊天也没有影响可以对话。
甚至我切了模型 还是一样报错
有没有大佬帮忙看看是怎么回事
